We began as a small venture during the COVID-19 pandemic when Rhoda Baumann started making dim sum and bao at home. The overwhelming popularity of these homemade treats quickly grew, leading to sales on local Facebook groups and eventually expanding into street markets and vending.
This journey culminated in establishing a permanent takeout restaurant where the community can enjoy authentic Taiwanese cuisine.
