We began as a small venture during the COVID-19 pandemic when Rhoda Baumann started making dim sum and bao at home. The overwhelming popularity of these homemade treats quickly grew, leading to sales on local Facebook groups and eventually expanding into street markets and vending.

This journey culminated in establishing a permanent takeout restaurant where the community can enjoy authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Original recipes, handmade with care, are at the core of everything we do. Each item on the menu reflects a commitment to tradition and quality, with every dish made fresh in an open kitchen for all to see.
